Belly-Lates Zoom Session:
for Perfect Posture, Effortless Arms and Supple Shoulders

This fun Saturday morning Zoom session is ideal for those who would like to improve their dance posture, in particular upper body posture and rounded shoulders.

Join me as I lead you through a series of targeted Fitness Pilates exercises followed by a practice drill with some simple combination work.

Can’t join live? The session recording will be made available for all participants for 30 days after the class so you can check in with it again.

There will be a paying bar, but feel free to bring your own water and snacks/nibbles if you wish.

Performance slots opening soon. To apply, please:

  • Email your music tracks as mp3 or m4a music files.
  • State the duration of your tracks (no more than 4 mins each).
  • State whether you’re starting on or off stage – you may enter the performance area on the floor of the hall from either/ both sides.
  • Style of track/ choreography, any props and author (if not you).
  • Any other dances (group/ solo) that your students may be performing in at this show.
  • 1-2 lines Rachel can use to introduce you to the audience.
